Joyful living has been running our company yoga for 4 years now. We absolutely love them! The Joyful Living team have given us a great mix of relaxing, stretching, sweaty yoga sessions after work that’s just brilliant to reset our mind and body. The yoga teachers are great as we work collaboratively to design sessions that suit the team.
