STRESS MANAGEMENT

1 hour

Stress management workshops provide individuals with a range of tools and techniques to help them manage stress more effectively and achieve a healthy work-life balance. The causes and symptoms of stress will be looked at, along with specific techniques and strategies for relieving it

POSTURE AWARENESS

1 hour

Musculoskeletal disorders (including back problems) are one of the most common forms of ill health at work. However, they can be prevented or minimised by good posture. This workshop will educate on correct posture and workstation use. An ideal complement to our workstation assessments.

NUTRITION

1 hour

What you eat has a direct effect on how you feel and on your productivity. Our nutrition workshops include practical tips and dietary advice that can be incorporated into your everyday life. Improving your concentration and enhancing your energy levels through diet are just 2 of the topics covered.

DESK-BASED EXERCISES

1 hour

This workshop equips the individual with a programme of simple exercises and stretches, all of which can be done in the office environment either at or next to your desk! Many are modifications of Pilates and Physiotherapy exercises and they will help prevent the build up of tension in the upper body that so many desk workers experience.

MINDFULNESS

1 hour – Full Day

Our Mindfulness workshops illustrate the benefits of meditation techniques to reduce stress. Our teachers use a variety of techniques, including breathing and concentration, to bring awareness to the mind, feelings and body sensations. This has the effect to calm the mind, the nervous system and enhance emotional stabilty to better deal with situations.

LAUGHTER YOGA

1 hour

A unique session combining laughing and expression exercises with yogic breathing.   Laughter Yoga induces better oxygenation, release of endorphins,  release of negative thoughts and emotions. It promotes the ability to stay in positive mental state despite all challenges and is ideal for team bonding and boosting the atmosphere at work.
